Creating INSPIRE compliant data themes and delivering data services in accordance with the INSPIRE implementing rules can be daunting task on the horizon. Snowflake offers a range of consultancy services specifically aimed at helping organisations understand and implement the various requirements of the INSPIRE Directive. Our pre-sales technical and business consultants have extensive knowledge of the requirements of the Directive and related Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) programmes and will work with you to:
- Understand the requirements of INSPIRE, how they relate to your organisation and identify what is required for you to meet the obligations of INSPIRE
- Identify the impact and changes INSPIRE and related SDI programmes will have on your current data management and publication infrastructures and potential costs/issues
- Develop prototype/pilot transformation and download services to identify whether there are gaps in the source data, data integrity/quality issues to enable organisations to update their various business processes
- Understand the most appropriate approach for exchanging different types of data to different users (i.e. download vs direct access services)
- Develop robust, scalable infrastructures for exchanging data with a diverse user community
- Develop data specifications, rules and processes for supporting data exchange
