Sharing and ADQ

Sharing data is a two way process, your organisation consumes data from 3rd parties and you publish data out to your stakeholders. But how do you know the quality and governance of that data?  Are you certain that your data is valid to specification and adheres to the Aeronautical Data Quality (ADQ) Regulation.

To attach the Governance and Traceability our GO Publisher product enables you to add the ISO 19115 metadata at both the feature and dataset level. Enabling you to encode and transfer information such as the data originator, amendment summary, persons interacting with the data, details or validation performed, effective start date and time of the data, geospatial metadata and limitations of use.

To ensure Quality both on data load and data publication. We are currently developing a standalone data validation and business rule service capable of validating AIXM data syntactically against its schema and also semantically against the AIXM Business Rules. This data quality ‘gatekeeper’ ensures that non-conformant data does not get into your system and that that your organisation does not publish data invalid to specification.

Together with our products provides you with a complete solution to embrace and share the benefits of future ATM in your business and with your stakeholders. Importantly our solutions enable you to do this on top of your existing infrastructure so no big bang implementation and no major infrastructure changes or disruptions to existing systems. We appreciate that you also have standards to adhere to: security standards, database standards, application server standards, etc. Our solution doesn’t dictate any of these.
