In System Wide Information Management (SWIM) data moves freely between organisations using commonly agreed data exchange standards such as AIXM (Aeronautical Information Exchange Model), WXXM (Weather Information Exchange Model) and FIXM (Flight Information Exchange Model). Used extensively in the FAA and EUROCONTROL OWS-AIM testbeds our GO Loader product is the tool of choice for loading and managing the next generation of ATM exchange standards.  GO Loader is different from other loading tools in that nothing is hard coded to a particular exchange model or underlying database model. Our approach with GO Loader is a generic one, we’ve developed unique ‘schema aware‘ technology which adapts itself to any of your exchange models, new releases or bespoke extensions – our customers have found this particularly powerful when managing different versions of AIXM and AIXM extensions.

This future proofed approach, enables you to load the data you need without waiting for us to change the software. GO Loader enables you to work with the very latest version (even beta versions) of an exchange model from day one. So much so that we recently demonstrated our support for the new Flight Information eXchange Model (FIXM) just 1 hour after its beta release, furthermore, if you have an existing database model you don’t have to change that model in order to support a new exchange model.

GO Loader supports all geometry types defined in AIXM GML profile and there’s no better proof of its pedigree than the fact that its underlying geometry API is utilised by the European AIS Database (EAD) to provide the upcoming AIXM 5.1 functionality.
