Become a Snowflaker

We’re always on the lookout for extraordinary people who have passion and enthusiasm and are looking for something a little different from the corporate 9 til’ 5.

We work incredibly hard at Snowflake but we do it with plenty of fun along the way. We have a passion for building our software products and taking them to market.  We’re passionate about what we do. We run a very flat structure with very little hierarchy, as a Snowflaker you get to see the complete business and contribute an every part of it.

But its not all about professional skills development! Fun and wellbeing is just as important and every Snowflaker has the opportunity to contribute ideas of things to do in the office and as a team. So far we have:

  • Music Fridays to share our diverse musical tastes #sfmusicfriday
  • Snowflake Cat – our very own LolCat which features in our eNewsletter
  • FedEx development days with plenty of pizza for the whole office
  • Quarterly Commercial vs Developers Challenge including mini golf, air hockey and race car simulators
  • Fruit club (right next to the cakes and chocolate of course)
